Returns
Luftix offers 30 days open purchase from the time of purchase, provided that the installation of the product has not started. The product must be in unbroken packaging and in undamaged condition for the return to be approved. A return fee of SEK 1,500 is charged to cover shipping costs. Please note that returns that do not meet these conditions, or are damaged/installed, may result in a refusal of refund.
When should I make a return?
In some cases, it may be better to make a fault report instead of a return. If you have already installed your air source heat pump and are experiencing problems, then file a fault report instead. If you are unsure what applies to your situation, contact our customer service.
After you have made your return notification
After you have submitted your return notification, we will book your return shipping within 24 hours and begin your return. Please note that you still have to cancel the installation yourself according to our installation terms. Once we have received your return and approved it, we will refund the money to you within 14 days, minus the shipping cost and a return fee of SEK 1,500.

How much does an air-to-air heat pump cost?
Expect an air-to-air heat pump to cost from approx. SEK 10,000 to SEK 30,000 depending on the surface to be heated and which functions you want. A standard installation costs from approx. SEK 7,000.
What payment options do you have?
We offer all customers direct payment via bank/credit card or Klarna partial payment when purchasing an air source heat pump. The installation is paid to Luftix installation partners after completed installation and can also be paid directly via bank/credit card or via partial payment options.
