Error reporting
If you experience problems with an installed air source heat pump, report your problem through our error report form. Then we open a warranty case with the manufacturer and the installer and get back to you within 24 hours.
Make a return
If you have changed your mind but have not yet had the air source heat pump installed, you can book your return through our return form. Keep in mind that in some cases you have to cancel the installation yourself. If you are unsure, write to us.
Register warranty
Depending on the brand of pump you have purchased, you may need to register your warranty with the manufacturer. If you are unsure whether you need to register your warranty, please check by clicking the button below.

How does an air-to-air heat pump work?

How much does an air-to-air heat pump cost?
Expect an air-to-air heat pump to cost from approx. SEK 10,000 to SEK 30,000 depending on the surface to be heated and which functions you want. A standard installation costs from approx. SEK 7,000.
What payment options do you have?
We offer all customers direct payment via bank/credit card or Klarna partial payment when purchasing an air source heat pump. The installation is paid to Luftix installation partners after completed installation and can also be paid directly via bank/credit card or via partial payment options.
